Alberich Labs

What we do

Several small products, each built to run on its own.

A portfolio, not a product

Most software companies concentrate on one product and grow it. Alberich Labs is arranged the other way round: several small products, each with its own customers, its own economics, and its own reason to exist.

A product earns its place by being useful enough to cover what it costs to run, and simple enough that it does not need daily supervision. That constraint shapes the engineering more than anything else. Products are built on managed infrastructure, kept to a small operating budget, and designed so that no routine human chore sits in the loop. If a product would only work while someone watched it, it is the wrong product for this company.

What the products are

Each one is a web application. A customer signs up, uses it in a browser, and their data stays in their own account. The business is the products themselves — Alberich Labs sells access to software it wrote and runs, rather than anyone else’s.

Where a product charges, it is sold as a subscription, billed directly by Alberich Labs LLC.

AI-enabled development

AI-enabled development is not a feature of the products. It is how they get made. Design, implementation, code review, and much of the operational work are carried out by AI systems under the direction of a person who stays responsible for what ships. Nothing reaches a customer without someone deciding it should.

This is what makes a portfolio possible at this size. The work that normally sets the ceiling on how many products one company can carry — the routine building, the reviewing, the keeping up with everything already shipped — is exactly the work that this approach absorbs.
